Module 1: The Research Process

This tutorial explains the steps in the research process and the resources used in gathering data for research assignments. To successfully complete this tutorial, a student will score at least 8 out of 10 on the quiz at the end.

Measurable Objectives

Upon completing this tutorial, students will be able to:

identify the steps in the research process
list the different resources used in gathering information
list the advantages of periodicals in research
identify disadvantages of the Internet in research
